Family Home Stamford

The Stamford Kitchen Company were tasked with re configuring the ground floor of this busy family home to help maximise space creating a more sociable kitchen living area. Our client is a busy working parent and so the reassurance of using one company to provide all aspects of the works saved her time and stress. Structural engineers calculations were completed, allowing the internal wall within the new kitchen space to be removed, creating a light open plan space where the family can eat and cook. The back door, cloakroom and hallway were also reconfigured, with The Stamford Kitchen Company supplying and installing all of the sanitary ware within the new cloakroom.

Underfloor heating and new flooring were fitted throughout the kitchen and living area before the installation of the kitchen giving this lovely room a cosy feel. After the completion of the kitchen installation, full redecoration was completed by our own firm, The Decorators.

The matt, handleless Dove Grey kitchen doors combined with sleek all black integrated appliances helps to increase the feeling of space within the room by keeping the look very linear and clean. The subtle addition of the waterfall end to the worktop on the stand alone unit within the kitchen adds to this contemporary fresh design, whilst also being very durable and easy to maintain.
